Hi, I'm Lyndsei!


My approach to therapy is genuine and holistic. My authenticity is my longest-standing compliment and it’s because, at my core, I’ve never been surface-level, I go deep. I comfort you even as I challenge you to do the uncomfortable work. That personality trait translates into the therapeutic style that my clients love. Beyond the professional titles you hold, your accolades, and the mask you wear to show people you have it all together; I want to see the real you. I want you to know that all parts of you matter, even the ones you don’t love (yet).

I help amazing people struggling with self-concept, relationships, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and grief. I also help folks who can’t quite pinpoint an issue or cause of distress but they know “something isn’t right.” I use elements of parts therapy, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and mindfulness techniques in my work with clients.

In therapy, there's no one size fits all. I partner with each individual to discover the tailor-made support that serves them best.
